Concorde Hotel Singapore

The hotel reminded me of coming home after many visits, with a cute atmosphere, made our stopover enjoyable.

The air conditioning took some effort to adjust to a comfortable setting, a bit inconvenient.

Spotless room plus fast working WiFi and a balcony. Welcoming and very welcoming staff of the hotel. Smooth check-in and late check-out, parking onsite. Free Wi-Fi available...

Hospitality of the staff. Marvellous and wonderful location, an easy walk to everywhere. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Clarehall Shopping Centre.

Very spacious and comfy stay

Checked in with my fam, and we loved the spacious room with a pool view. Staff were super friendly and sorted all our paperwork before we arrived. The breakfast was decent. But the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, kinda annoying when you're trying to plan your day out.

I check in with my sister so they should provide toilet amenities like toothbrush and towels good for two.

The conceirge person was not aware that the hotel lifts are working only with the room key card. The front office/reservation staff was downright curt and impolite. They insisted on several things which are not usual in International Hotels. I think most of the staff are trainees or new and have no knowledge of the behavioural aspect with guests in a 4/5 Star Hotel

Food was good, staff did everything for you.

We were charged a different amount from the reservation, frustrating. The furniture in the room was unbelievably old, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Housekeeping was inconsistent, often missing toiletries on multiple days of our stay.

i and my fience' had stayed there at Premier club room in 5nights for business. There were very good services, we could use a meeting room for free . At Premier Lounge : compliment foods,cake, cookies, bevarage..., the quiet place for breakfast. Near alots shopping malls at Orchid road so I could walk around easily. We will stay there on the next trip and introduce to my friends.

Location was excellent. Premier lounge staff was very polite and helpful. Room (club room) was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The bathroom could have been slightly bigger, but that was not a big issue. A bit pricey, but so are most hotels of that class in that area...

Equal parts excellent and disappointing

The cute atmosphere and friendly staff elevated our experience! The location near Orchard Street.

The breakfast selection felt limited. Although the room was nice, unexpected issues arose with noise disturbances !

The Staff was unfailingly helpful and proactive. The Breakfast Buffet was good and the waitresses were outstanding. The problems encountered in the room (fridge not working, fused bulbs, etc.) were dealt with promptly and with an apology. Location was terrific! Walking distance to major shopping malls and 2 mrt stations. Food courts nearby and small convenience stores, too.

The hotel is situated on the 2nd floor of a shopping complex with entrances down a flight of stairs. The complex is almost deserted and have some very unsavoury bars and two sex shops across from the hotel. In the evening, strange people frequent the area and it feels uncomfortable for people with families and single women. Aside from key cards required to operate the elevator to rooms, there is no security evident in the public areas of the hotel.

My wife and I booked a Premier Club Room where we requested it to be a smoking room. We arrived very late in the evening and it seems that the hotel have sold all the smoking rooms.. therefore the receptionist upgraded our room to a suite room.. "Thank You" Also the porter who carried our bags to the Room was extremely friendly and very informative..

The Hotel room was great.. it looked like it was recently renovated. But our first impression was that the Concorde Hotel was a bit 'Old' especially when we walked through the lobby area.. there is also an odd musty smell in the air.. also wish the Club lounge would be located upstairs instead of on ground level..

Didn't like anything, except spacious pooldeck

The staff was helpful and efficient and the room was clean and comfortable. It was an enjoyable stay and offer a good value for money.
